- Rosso Bruno are at the peak of flavor when the tomatoes are overall brownish in color with hints of red.
- Store tomatoes at room temperature for optimal flavor, texture and appearance. Average shelf life is 4 to 6 days at room temperature (not above 80°F).
- Do not refrigerate tomatoes. Temperatures below 50°F reduce flavor intensity. For optimal performance, serve product the day it is cut.
